Repairs, Refurbishment & Fabrication, On-Site or in Our Workshop
When something needs repairing, refurbishing or fabricating, we come to you wherever we can, most of our repair work is done on-site, which keeps your gear where it is and cuts the downtime that comes with hauling it off.
When a job's better done off-site, we take it into our Mackay workshop and hand it back ready to run. Either way, CWS handles mining tray repairs, rebuilds, bucket repairs, structural work and general fabrication, all completed to industry standard.
We come to you, less downtime, less disruption
Most repairs don't need to leave your site, and getting them done where the machine sits saves you the time and cost of transporting it. Our crews turn up with mine-spec vehicles, tooling and boilermaker trailers, ready to work. For the bigger jobs, full refurbishments or work that needs the workshop, we take it back to Mackay, do it right, and return it ready to run.

CWS handles mining tray repairs and refurbishments, rebuilds, bucket repairs, shutdown repairs, wear-package removal and installation, crack repairs, structural repairs and general fabrication. We do most of this on-site to cut your downtime, and take the bigger jobs into our Mackay workshop when that's the better option, all completed to industry standard.

Turnaround depends on the scope, a wear-package change is quicker than a full refurbishment with structural work, so we give you a realistic timeframe when we scope the job. On-site repairs keep your gear where it is; for workshop jobs we get it back to you ready to run as soon as we can.
