The providers worth using take the time to understand the role and the site, and send someone who suits both. Filling a headcount is easy; matching the person is the bit that actually saves you time.
How fast can they really mobilise?
Everyone says they’re fast. What you want to know is what happens when you call with an urgent gap or a breakdown. A provider based in the region, with people and gear ready to go, can have someone to you quick. One that has to source a worker from scratch every time can’t. Who carries the compliance?
